What are your operating hours?Our center is open from 6:30am - 6:30pm, Monday through Friday.

What qualifications and training do your staff have?At our center, we are dedicated to providing the highest level of care and education for your child. Our staff members are thoroughly trained, qualified, and continuously supported to create a safe, nurturing, and enriching environment. Here’s an overview of the qualifications and ongoing training our team receives: CPR and First Aid Certification: All staff are required to hold current CPR (Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation) and First Aid certifications. These certifications are regularly updated to ensure our team is prepared to handle medical emergencies promptly and effectively. Background and CARI Checks: The safety of your child is our top priority. All staff undergo comprehensive background checks, including criminal background checks and CARI (Child Abuse Record Information) checks, to ensure they have no history of offenses that would impact their ability to care for children. Relevant Degrees and Education: Our staff members hold degrees in fields related to early childhood education, child development, or other relevant disciplines. This educational background allows them to understand the needs of children at every stage of development and apply best practices in early learning. Ongoing Professional Development: We believe in the continuous growth and development of our team. All staff participate in regular professional development opportunities to stay current with the latest trends in child care, early childhood education, and safety protocols. This training ensures we are always providing the best care and support for your child.

How do you communicate with parents about their child’s day?Our staff communicates with parents daily through the Brightwheel app. You'll receive pictures, updates, and daily reports to stay connected with your child's day. Best of all, there’s no additional cost for using the app!

Do you have cameras in the classrooms?Yes, we have cameras installed in each classroom. These cameras are monitored from the administrative office to ensure a safe and secure environment for all children.

What is your potty training policy?We work closely with parents to support potty training as a collaborative effort. While children do not need to be fully potty trained before starting, we encourage open communication about each child’s progress. This allows us to provide consistent support and create a smooth transition during this important developmental stage.

What is your policy on peanuts, nuts, and other allergens?We are a nut-free facility to ensure the safety and well-being of all children, especially those with allergies. We take allergies seriously and work closely with families to accommodate specific dietary needs and restrictions.

SafetyAt our daycare center, the safety and security of your child is our top priority. We have implemented a variety of security measures to ensure a safe and secure environment: Cameras: We have surveillance cameras in key areas of the facility to monitor activity and ensure the safety of all children and staff. These cameras are actively monitored to provide an added layer of security. Secure Entrances: Our facility is equipped with secure entrances that are locked at all times. Only authorized personnel and parents/guardians with a valid entry code are allowed access to the building. Visitors must check in at the front desk before entering. Visitor Protocols: All visitors must sign in upon arrival, show identification, and be granted permission by authorized personnel before entering any classroom areas. We maintain a strict policy to ensure that no unauthorized individuals are allowed on the premises. Emergency Procedures: Our staff is trained in emergency response protocols, including fire drills, lockdown drills, and first aid. We have clearly defined evacuation routes and procedures in place to ensure that we can respond quickly and effectively in case of an emergency. Your child's safety is our priority, and we are committed to providing a secure environment where both children and parents feel confident and safe.
