• CPR and First Aid Certification: All staff are required to hold current CPR (Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation) and First Aid certifications. These certifications are regularly updated to ensure our team is prepared to handle medical emergencies promptly and effectively.

• Background and CARI Checks: The safety of your child is our top priority. All staff undergo comprehensive background checks, including criminal background checks and CARI (Child Abuse Record Information) checks, to ensure they have no history of offenses that would impact their ability to care for children.

• Relevant Degrees and Education: Our staff members hold degrees in fields related to early childhood education, child development, or other relevant disciplines.
