At Greatness Grows Early Learning Center, our mission is to provide high-quality care and education that nurtures each child's unique journey. We are dedicated to fostering the holistic development of young minds—cognitively, socially, emotionally, and physically—through engaging, hands-on experiences that spark creativity and inspire a lifelong love for learning.

Our Philosophy

We believe in blending Montessori principles with cognitively appropriate, hands-on learning experiences to nurture each child’s unique potential. Recognizing that every child is distinct, we honor their individuality by fostering an environment where they can learn at their own pace and explore topics that ignite their curiosity and creativity.

Our thoughtfully designed environment encourages children to engage in meaningful activities that promote independence, problem-solving, and critical thinking. By allowing children to take the lead in their learning journey, we cultivate a love for discovery and a deeper connection to the world around them.

Gianna Peraza brings a wealth of experience and passion to Greatness Grows Early Learning Center. With a Master of Arts in Education Leadership from Seton Hall University and a Bachelor of Arts in Family and Child Studies from Montclair State University, Gianna is deeply committed to fostering a love for learning in children.

Over the years, she has served in various educational roles, including teaching, mentoring, and leading initiatives that enhance student achievement and school climate. Her expertise in aligning curriculum with developmental needs, utilizing data to drive progress, and cultivating collaborative relationships has prepared her to create a nurturing, enriching environment at Greatness Grows.

Gianna believes every child deserves a safe, supportive space to explore, grow, and thrive. Her leadership is guided by her dedication to helping children build confidence, curiosity, and a foundation for lifelong success.
